By using or accessing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which, together with our Privacy Policy, guidelines, rules, supplemental terms, and any definitive user agreement (“User Agreement”), form the complete agreement between you and PFsewa and supersede all prior proposals, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the Services. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of our Services. Your acceptance of these Terms confirms that you have read and consent to our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement. Any new features, tools, or services introduced will also be governed by these Terms. We reserve the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time by posting changes on our Website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically; continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Please note that PFsewa is a private entity and is not affiliated with the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) or any government authority. Our Services are designed to facilitate and support Users in addressing PF-related issues but do not constitute official government services.

1. General Terms
   PFsewa reserves the right to refuse Services to any individual, at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Users are strictly prohibited from replicating, duplicating, exploiting, or misusing any portion of the Services, or any interaction facilitated through them, without our prior written consent. The headings used in these Terms are provided solely for reference and do not affect the interpretation of the provisions contained herein. PFsewa does not enter into agreements with minors under the age of 18. By using our Services, you confirm that you are not a minor; if you are, you may only use the Services under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians remain fully responsible and liable for any use of the Services by minors, including financial transactions or obligations incurred. PFsewa reserves the right to verify the age of its Users and to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of this policy, in addition to pursuing legal remedies where necessary.
2. Scope of Service
   PFsewa is committed to assisting Users in resolving issues related to Provident Fund (PF), Pension, KYC, and other associated matters. The precise scope of services provided shall depend on and align with the specific services requested by the User, as defined and documented in a definitive User Agreement entered into between the User and PFsewa. This User Agreement will govern the specific terms, conditions, deliverables, and responsibilities of both parties in relation to the Services provided. While PFsewa endeavours to deliver timely and accurate support, we make no guarantees or warranties regarding the outcomes of government or third-party processes.
3. Use of Service
   By accessing or using the Services, you agree to use them solely for their intended purposes, in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. Certain features of the Services may require you to create a User account, and by doing so, you consent to provide accurate and complete information, including personal and nominee details such as name, phone number, and email address, as required for the provision of Services. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, the accuracy of the information provided, and all activities that occur under your account. Users must refrain from engaging in unlawful activities, violating intellectual property rights, uploading or transmitting harmful content (such as viruses or malicious code), or attempting unauthorized access to PFsewa’s systems. Content that is defamatory, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, fraudulent, or invasive of others’ privacy is strictly prohibited. The Services must not be exploited for unethical activities such as spamming, phishing, or social engineering. PFsewa reserves the right to monitor usage, investigate violations, suspend or terminate access, and take appropriate legal action against Users found misusing the Services. You agree to comply with all policies, guidelines, and instructions issued by PFsewa regarding the use of its Services, which may be updated from time to time.
